are run at the club.
Juniors classes start from 5 years of age.
Training times are as follows:
Tuesday: Juniors 6.30 - 7.30 p.m.
Seniors 7.30 - 9.30 p.m.

Friday: Cadets and Seniors 7.30 - 9.30 p.m.
